John tried hard for a while but has to say something SLIGHTLY political this week, and no it's nothing you'll get angry about. The PHIT Act was reintroduced to congress in March and it is something as athletes everyone should be on board with. Write/Call your congressman and get this passed.
Talk about pre-race fueling and some methods to try out if you're someone that deals with a nervous stomach in the morning or pre-race. If this is an issue for you, what do you do?
