John opens the show with some thoughts on coaching, and specifically coaching Rob the last couple of years, before Rob takes over and gives us an insight as he trained through the last few months preparing for Chicago and beyond. It's a nice inside view, and we hope you enjoy the journey.
Remember to leave us your thoughts on the show by going to iTunes, Podbean, or your preferred podcast app and leaving us a review.

We begin where it began, at the beginning, so the end is now a new beginning.
So let's begin ...
We have grown quite a bit over the last 100 shows, and along the way, we have picked up new listeners and people who are just starting out on the endurance journey. We are going to spend this show talking about the start; how to come to grips with WHY you are doing this, what your purpose is, and how to seek out help when it is needed (and everyone needs help now and then).
Have you fallen into the comparison trap? Social Comparison is a core element of human nature, so how do you accept it for yourself while still not allowing it to demotivate or hinder you?
What are your guilty pleasures at Christmas? Hallmark channel? Die Hard? Or like John is it something from his childhood like Chitty Chitty Bang Bang??
