This week the guys tackle the issue of training in the heat. With the temperatures soaring all over, how do you get through training days when the gauge hit 90-100? And if it is that hot, is it good for you to train in it at all?

Science might surprise you ... 

Rob then goes over some tips to handle the heat beyond the normal "drink more water" mantra, then both Rob and John talk about taking what you find on the Google Machine, especially things that magically appear at the top of search inquiries, with a grain of salt.
