Phentermine was in the news a few years ago but is still being used by doctors to help patients get a handle on weight loss issues when diet and exercise have not proved to be enough. Randy is currently on this medication and he will share his thoughts, how it is affecting him, and any concerns he had going into the program. More discussion on weight loss help in the form of supplementation, meal replacement, or surgery, ensues after that with the underlying question of "when does it become time to seek medical intervention?".
