Is sugar going the way of tobacco, and why do some insist on pushing sweeteners as a "healthy" alternative to sugar usage. After a short football geeking out John and Rob discuss why sugar seems to be an issue still with some people, not in its use but in its ability to turn some people into zealots. The bottom line is that your body is much like a computer; you put garbage in you are going to get garbage out. It all starts with food, and even if you are lucky enough to not show outward signs of damage, what you eat DOES affect you.
The discussion also starts with the use of treadmills, and indoor training in general and how it can both aid and hurt you when training for a race.
