The show received some interesting question this week and John and Randy try to give the best answers they can, so keep them coming. Discussion around nutritional needs for short workouts, dealing with pain, trail running needs vs. road running, and everythign in between. Had a little recording issue on one side with reverb which I cleared as much as I could. It still seems listenable. Hopefully it comes through OK.
